Pot Roast Shepard's Pie

Many of us are familiar with shepard's pie, usually the meat is ground beef, however, since I had some leftover pot roast, I used what I had on hand to make this recipe. 

1-2 cups of shredded pot roast
2 cups of mashed potatoes (leftovers)
1 cup of green peas
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Place the shredded pot roast in the bottom of a pie pan.  Layer with  with peas (or any other leftover veggie) and potatoes.  Top with cheese.  Place in oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.
