Baked Spaghetti

This is an easy way to make your typical spaghetti dish into something more special.  It's not much more work than typical spaghetti just a slight twist to make it more interesting.  This is key if spaghetti is a staple in your cooking rotation.  My kids usually will only eat the noodles with no sauce but because it was already mixed together and they didn't have an option, they ate it ALL and even asked for seconds.

1 jar pasta sauce or homemade spaghetti sauce
1 box pasta (any type you prefer)
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Boil the pasta according the directions on the box.  Once pasta has been drained, pour the sauce onto the cooked noodles (you can do this right in the pot it was cooked in).  Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.  Sprinkle the cup of cheese on top.  Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted/bubbly.
